Upon return of the new and unused product in its original packaging, a refund is processed to the original method of payment. Ensure to include the original packing slip, if available, when returning the product—mark your package with the provided Return Authorization number. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed. Please remember to provide the return tracking information to facilitate confirmation of receipt by our Warehouse.
