To exchange items in new and unused condition in original packaging, please follow the return policy. 

Items must be exchanged within 30 days after you have received the item. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, customer service will send your replacement.

You may initiate your return by emailing [email protected]; please give us 24 hours to respond M-F.
